Cooperation Background

As a major domestic energy storage equipment manufacturer, the company has undertaken multiple large-scale energy storage power station projects. Its energy storage modules need to adapt to high-voltage and high-current connection scenarios, imposing extremely high requirements on connectors for high-voltage resistance (up to 1500V), high-current carrying capacity (100A–200A), and insulation performance. The connectors must also meet operational demands in outdoor high-temperature and humid environments. In addition, the project faced a tight delivery schedule requiring rapid mass production. With its comprehensive new energy solutions, Jingcheng Industrial won the bid successfully.

Cooperation Content

Jingcheng Industrial provided a full-process high-voltage connection solution. Core products include high-voltage connector pin and socket assemblies for new energy applications, high-current Pogo Pins (supporting 100A–200A), dedicated connector assemblies for energy storage equipment, and supporting CNC precision machined parts. High-temperature-resistant and flame-retardant materials are adopted, with optimized insulation structures delivering excellent anti-leakage and anti-arcing performance. The products feature convenient plugging and unplugging, low contact resistance, reduced energy loss, and adaptability to complex outdoor working conditions in energy storage power stations.

Technical & Digital Support

The digital R&D team used simulation technology to optimize product structure, improve heat dissipation and insulation performance, and shorten the R&D cycle. The digital production system realized automated assembly and inspection of high-voltage components, eliminating human errors, increasing production efficiency by more than 30%, and ensuring consistency of mass-produced products. A rapid supply channel was established, supported by a digital scheduling system to ensure on-time delivery of bulk project orders. Meanwhile, high-voltage performance testing services were provided to ensure products comply with new energy industry standards.
