As a leading domestic new energy vehicle manufacturer, the automaker’s new-generation 800V high-voltage platform models need to support high-voltage charging and powertrain connection scenarios. The connectors are subject to stringent requirements for high-voltage resistance, high current carrying capacity, and vibration resistance, while also needing to comply with the IATF 16949:2016 automotive certification. The company also faced challenges including tight delivery cycles for bulk orders and difficulty ensuring consistent quality. Jingcheng Industrial established a dedicated technical team to conduct in-depth communication with the automaker and provide customized solutions. Core products include high-voltage connector pin and socket assemblies for new energy vehicles, automotive-grade Pogo Pins, and supporting CNC precision machined parts, suitable for core scenarios such as on-board charging and sensor connection in 800V high-voltage platforms. High-temperature-resistant and high-conductivity materials are adopted, and product structures are optimized to ensure an operating temperature range of -40℃~150℃ and a plugging life of ≥500,000 cycles, meeting the demands of long-term complex working conditions in vehicles.

Relying on a digital R&D platform, we completed product modeling, virtual simulation and performance testing, optimized heat dissipation and insulation structures, shortened the R&D cycle by 25%, and rapidly finished sample prototyping and testing. Through a digital production system, automated assembly and inspection were realized, combined with IoT equipment for real-time production monitoring to eliminate human errors and increase production efficiency by more than 30%. The digital quality inspection system integrates CCD optical inspection and CMM coordinate measurement to achieve 100% full inspection of products, and a full-life cycle traceability system meets the automaker’s compliance requirements.
